Credits are generally non-refundable once purchased. However, we may consider refunds in the following cases:

• Service unavailability for extended periods

Refund Process

If you believe you're eligible for a refund:

Credit Expiration

Credits expire 12 months after purchase. We don't offer refunds for expired credits, so please use them before they expire!
